Keep your details safe
Use hello@phattony.com as the single Phattony contact address. The form saves a request and gives you a reference. It never asks for a password, bank details or identity documents.
For a game or preview
Include the game name, what you pressed and what happened. For an interrupted round, return to the same account before retrying. Never create a new request just to repeat a connection retry.
For account access
Use password recovery first if you have forgotten your password. Registration does not require email confirmation.
